Our Review

Coming on the heels of the Ab Circle is the Ab Rocket. At this point, I’m just starting to get used to the twisting and turning the Ab Circle is hammering my abs with. Adding a second ab machine to my daily workout sounded a bit scary. Fortunately for me, my wife is an avid runner (Boston Marathon, 2006!) who is always on the lookout for a new way to add variety to her workouts. When I offered her the chance to be today’s guest reviewer, she jumped at the chance. Take it away, honey!

Hi, everybody! I was pretty excited to try the Ab Rocket mostly because I’m always up for a new way to work my stomach. Running is great, but to really target those muscles, they need to be isolated. I’ve tried just about every exercise known to women (men) with pretty good results. However, there are a couple issues I always seem to encounter. First, doing the same crunches, sit ups, and knee ups every day gets really boring. Second, crunches and sit-ups really don’t feel good on my spine / back. One look at the Ab Rocket gave me hope it would deal with both of those issues.

Guess what? It did!

I’m not here to tell you the Ab Rocket will somehow do magic for your stomach. Having a flat stomach takes time and dedication. However, what the Ab Rocket does do is help break up your workout, keep things fun, and (most importantly) takes strain off of your back / spine when working your abs. I give this product five stars. If you are ready to make a commitment to a flatter stomach, the Ab Rocket is a great addition to your workout routine.
