Shipping: Good. Product arrived in timely fashion.
Quality: Good. The quality of each of our Crazy Critters is as good as any other stuffed animal I’ve ever given our dogs.
Durability: GOod. We have the fox and teh raccoon crazy critter and both have shown tremendous durability when played with by our dogs.

I’m not sure the claims about dogs ‘choking’ on loose stuffing, but I suppose that could happen.

In all, we’re very satisfied with our Crazy Critters purchase.

Ordered product Jan 17th called today and was told will ship between now and Feb 28th. Turn-around time is very poor, last week was told they was out of product for promo and would not substitute other animals. They shouldn’t take orders if they can’t fill the orders. My dog may pass of old age before I receive the crazy critters

Bon – I ordered my crazy critter the week before you did and it showed up last week. I suspect I ordered before the promo. Yes, five weeks is a bit of a wait, but come on…is your dog really going to die in that time? I doubt it. That being said, I can see how that is frustrating. Don’t worry, it’s worth the wait. My pups love their crazy critters!

I just canceled my order after a major advertising bait and switch deception. After processing the online website order of $10 plus one free for Additional $7 shipping and handling and getting all my credit card info, you are presented with the following upgrade option.

To actually get what you were led to believe you were getting now will cost you just under $40

Be careful when ordering. The site is either poorly organized or deliberately confusing. To get what I wanted I ended up placing three orders (I wanted two). The checkout does not give you the option of correcting your order. It was enough of a pain, I went ahead and ordered them. The toys are not as cheap as advertised. As is the case with most of these inexpensive items, they tack on excessive shipping and handling.

I ordered mine around January 10th. I have not heard a thing. No email. No shipping notification. Hello…….

I have to rate them one star. It might be a great product, but I have not seen it. Combined with a misleading site, excessive shipping and poor service not a recommended company. I have just purchased 8 crazy critters as a surprise gift for my wife’s Pomeranian and 6 cats. Everything that is said about them is true. However, my wife has now blind-sided me with the concern that if the crazy critters were made in China she wants assurance poisonous dyes were not used in making them. After reading the reviews from Pete and Steve regarding the ordering process I called to place my order hoping to get just one durable animal save myself from trouble during the ordering process online. The customer service rep. continued to ‘misinterpret’ what I was saying. The call was very frustrating but in the end I was not allowed to order just one. It is very deceptive advertising and they are not cheap. To pay just under $40 for two durable dog toys is extreme, in my opinion. My rating is only regarding customer service as I cannot afford to buy the toy. Even if I could afford the toy I will not support a company that takes advantage of people.

The website that sells Crazy Critters is very misleading. It hard to understand what exactly you ordered because they ask so many questions about ordering additional items. Also you cannot edit the order once placed. I just got through to a Customer Service rep and was told they won’t see my order until Thurs. She said she could cancel now if I gave her all my info over the phone or I could call back on Thurs…..very “shady”. I will call bank and ask how to block the charges.

i waited almost 2 months for my crazy critter order and within 10 sec.the sqeakers were broken and within 20 min the critters were destroyed. Maybe ok for small dogs but definately not for my english bulldog or my doberman. $20 some dollars wasted! Have yet to find anything to stand up to them, even toys for aggressive chewers don’t last more than 20 min.

The ad on TV is misleading, I bought 2 crazy critters and my 2 dogs had them destroyed in 3 hours, there is a small amount of stuffing as I discovered when my dogs tore them in half, the 2 squeaky devices are cheap plastic and were the first thing to break and come out. The crazy critter is no more than some colorful cheap material that wouldnt and didnt hold up to 2 small dogs after a couple hours. All this after waiting 5 weeks after I ordered them to receive them. Old socks work better and are much cheaper without all of the marketing hype!!!!

Took awhile to receive my krazy kritters because it was on back order, but was rec’d within 3 weeks. We have 2 labs and they were both excited with their new toys. But within the 1st half hour our male dog had the squeeker out of his, and then he got a hold of the other one and got the squeeker out of that one. My son had to dig them out of his mouth so her would not choke on them. They are just little plastic things. I was really hoping this product would live up to the reviews from the commercials, but it did not. The face also got ripped off of the raccoon. My son called and we are getting a refund for the shipping and handling of one of the toys. But if you have an dog that likes to tear things up, I would not recommend this toy.

Very deceptive, $7 to ship one and $14 to ship two even though they weigh nothing. Shipping was not explained when the order was placed. Took way too long to get the product, yes, I wasn’t even sure the order was placed it took so long. We have two Labs, all four squeakers were destroyed in under 2 minutes. Squeakers were removed in under 10 minutes. I would not have ordered crazy critters if I had known they were made in China.

The ordering process was very confusing. I too ordered the reinforced lining. Ended up paying 50 bucks for 2 critters. Even the ordering statement that came with my order looks like I should have gotten 3 critters. My German Shepherd ripped one of the squeakers out within ten minutes. Total rip-off.

I’ve actually purchased these Crazy Critters in stores. And I hate them. Yes, there is no stuffing but my Boston terrier (who loves to destroy toys) still turns it into a wet, gooey strip of furry cloth. Personally I don’t think an “indestructible” dog toy exists!

Crazy critters are an absolute rip-off. The promo is blatantly deceptive and the ordering process was ridiculous. Be prepared for an onslaught of “why don’t you buy more critters and oh, while you’re at it buy this, too and by the way, you might want to upgrade to reinforced critters”.

I managed to get through the crap and bought 2. Took awhile before thy arrived. My medium sized dog had the 1st destroyed within minutes. I won’t give him the 2nd because I feel it’s a danger to him. I supposed if you have a small dog who doesn’t chew or want to get the squeakers out it might be an okay toy, but still NOT worth the $! I’ll be going back to the $2 Milk Bone brand stuffed toys I can pick up at a local drug store that my dog loves and are WAY more durable and safe. He has 2 of those right now that he’s had for weeks and plays with daily.

I ordered both Crazy Critter toys and my 2 labs destroyed them in less than 5 minutes (I feel your pain, Joe … lol!). $2.00 toys from Walmart last longer than these. They are horribly overpriced. I only bought them because I was under the impression from the commercial that they were very durable. I am returning them today. They do not refund S&H, so I’ll only get $10.00 back, but it’s the principle more than the money.

I am getting some of these for my little ones, but not from their website. I went to ebay. $10 period each. I’d rather go that route I believe! Also look up Skinneeez. Same thing, just cheaper. Dont buy Crazy Kritters they lasted less than 2 minutes after giving them to my dogs. Called customer service and they said to return them for refund but not shipping. The shipping was as much as they cost. Told them I wasnt wasting my time or money .Just called to let them know about the false advertisement.

I have a shiba inu thats a destructive chewer. He has to tear apart all of his toys. My father saw this on tv and thought it would be a great toy for him. Sadly the toy only lasted 10 minutes. This is complete rip off! I ordered two and when I printed my reciept the bill that should have been around $30.00 turn out to be $64.00. I called to cancel and was told I need to call back in a few days. The money came out of my account and now we are up to $70.00. This is the worst experiance I have ever had with a product. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! I bought two for my 2-year old Yorkshire Terrier. Within 5 minutes she had torn out the face and had the first squeeker exposed. I cut that out to keep her from choking on it. In no time at all she had the second one out. I cut that out also, and let her continue to play. Although there is no “stuffing” in the racoon, the “fur” does come off. In about 30 minutes Rocky had little tufts of racoon fur all around her. I cleaned it up and took the toy away. Unfortunately, I apparently did not get to it quickly enough, as she is now dealing with a “clog”. We have a vet appointment in the morning, and I can only hope my buddy doesn’t require surgery to get her back to her old self again. PLEASE do not buy this product for your little friends!!

Crazy Critters suck!!! It took a long timr for us to get the toys. Once they arrived I gave the Racoon to my two-year-old Female Golden Retriever and had high hopes that she wouldn’t schred it to pieces as she has every other stuffed toy she has ever had. At first she carried it around like it was her baby, then within 30 minutes had removed both squeekers and most of the Racoon’s nose. NOT the toy advertised! This is yet another consumer site that’s designed to take your money.
1. Each page submit is a transaction and is calculated toward your total
2. Each page, at the top, sneakily doubles your order. There is no option to -not- double your order. The page, without warning you doubles your order and charges you.
3. After each submission you are “upsold”. Given a chance to buy more at a cheaper price, free, etc. but again, it is very sneakily added as a double order
4. There is no summary of charges to agree to at the end of the session. You basically have to stop at some point when the upselling becomes too much. At that point, when you stop, your order has been placed.
5. You don’t get any e-mail or notification of the charges you will incur.
6. There is a month or so wait, then you are charged. If you call the company to cancel, even if it’s within 24 hours of the charge, they tell you they can’t cancel processed orders. Your only recourse is to send it back on your dime (and probably get charged some insane restock fee), dispute the charge with your bank, or reject the package.

I wish I would have stumbled on this website before I ordered the Crazy Critters. When the commercial came on, both my pups perked up upon hearing the squeakers on TV.I decided to order online and after I put in my card info and processed the order, more offers kept popping up. I clicked “No Thanks” on everything, but when an offer came up for “free” CZ diamond rings the “No Thanks” button was GONE! I clicked on a blank space where the button was on the previous page, hoping it wouldn’t charge me for the earrings. I was lucky, but all of you should be WARNED. The ordering process online is deceptive. You will discover that if you want an indestructible toy you must upgrade. At this point, it’s too late to change your mind. Since I don’t have the product yet, my rating is based on the ordering process only. I regret ordering this product!

I bought crazy critters for my chocolate lab and also for my mom’s toy poodle! Big mistake. They make it sound like they are so durable. My lab had the skeekers shot in 3 minutes and the foot and an ear off in 10 minutes.
I brought the other one over to my mom’s for the toy poodle and I squeked the head twice and it quit working. Wow that was just me squeaking it. Real durable, hadn’t even made it to the poodle yet. When she got ahold of it, she had the squeaker gone it 10 minutes. This is definately a gimmick! Shipping is totally outragous for something that doesn’t last. DO NOT BUY THIS TOY. I like many others felt very deceived while ordering and after I gave my credit card #, they kept giving the “option” to buy more… which how much of an option is it when only the “YES” can be clicked, there is no way to click no, it is there, but not clickable, very frustrating, and very disappointing, these types of scams should not be allowed.

The advertisement on TV is very misleading as it leads you to believe the toy is virtually indestructible for the price they advertise. Yes you get two for $10 and get two free, but it is $6.99 S/H per toy. I didn’t realize this until I had already provided my credit card information and couldn’t back out at that point. I thought the shipping would have accounted for all four being shipped. However, I looked through site again to see if I could locate the shipping cost and it was at the very bottom of the site in extremely small print. The website is very frustrating as it wants you to purchase other crap and upgrade. The toys did arrive within 7 days after placing the order – LOL that was the only good thing.

Under the impression these toys were virtually indestructible I didn’t pay for the upgrade of $7.99 to the deluxe bite (which is one of the many options) as I thought they were already suppose to be tough to get through. I gave the toy to my 1 year old Doberman and went into the kitchen for about five minutes. When I returned she had a foot and the tail chewed off. I located the tail as she had just chewed it off, but unfortunately I could not locate the foot. Now I fear she swallowed the foot, and can only pray to God that she is able to pass it through her digestive track and it doesn’t get stuck requiring very expensive surgery!!!

Oh and not too mention, I am now getting sales calls trying to sale me other products. This company is a complete rip-off and should be shut down!!!

I should cancel my Crazy Critter because of the total misunderstanding of the additional offer of a package of 6 for just 7.99 each. I understood that to mean 7.99 for the whole package of 6. Instead it meant 7.99 for each of the six. I only have two dogs and they will never use all of these for that price. When I saw my total was over 70.00, I nearly died. All I really wanted was the original 10.00 offer. I can’t figure out how to cancel, but I’m going to try. It looks like many other people are having the same problem. I will surely never order from you again.

The Crazy Critters’ Website is set up in such a deceptive manner that you don’t know what you are paying until you’re done. All reputable sites give you your total and then ask you to press the ‘complete my order’ button. This company asks you to press the button and then they give you your total. They do this because they are trying to confuse and fool you. This is not a company I would recommend doing business with. I cancelled my order because I still hadn’t gotten it after 9 days and when I called they told me it would be 6 more weeks! I bought crazy critter at PetCo for $12 and my dog had the squeaky out in 10 min. and ate it. I removed the other squeaky after he started to work on that area. So much for my $12 toy. Now he looks for the squeaky lol. My dog is a 20 # Havanese not a terribly big dog. I don’t believe it is worth $12. The sterile bones and kong last way longer

My dad ordered crazy critters for my two dogs. He ordered them by phone after seeing the advertisement on the television and said that the ordering process was very confusing and before he was done he had placed an order for 2 of them plus a free one. When he received them he only got two and was charged $30.00. A couple days after he placed his order he received a phone call and was offered a “diamond necklace and ring” for an additional fee and if he decided he did not want to keep them he could simply mail them back(What does “diamond” jewelry have to do with dog toys anyway?!?) Obviously he did not accept this offer and told the lady that he only wanted the Crazy Critters that were ordered and she hung up on him! Great customer service I must say, and I’m assuming that they may sell the customers information! The claim that they are indestructible is also false, within the first hour we were already missing part of a head and one squeaker was out. When we got our raccoon it didn’t even squeak! What a joke! I agree with Lynne kongs and Nylabones are much more durable. I HIGHLY recommend Tuffy dog toys they are virtually indestructible, you can get them at mydogtoy.com.

We received the crazy critters in the mail today and upon opening the package our dog was so excited. She could not wait for the package to be opened! She played with both toys for a period of 5 minutes and the squeaker in both toys were broken. No more squeaking. In 5 minutes! Called customer service and they offered to replace the toys BUT if you think about it…they are going to break again once the replacements are received due to poor craftsmanship. CHEAP toys sold at an EXPENSIVE price!

First off the website is very deceptive. On the first page you see that you are ordering two crazy critters. One is free, then you move to the next page at which point your order is COMPLETE, for a total shipping charge of $13.98!!!! More then the actually item for $10.00!!!! Most sites show you a page in which you have to confirm the order after seeing the shipping fees. I never would have ordered this with those kind of shipping fees!!! I had to search and search to find a customer service phone number which was hidden within the website, of course they are only open Monday to Friday 9-5 EST. I was going to cancel the order due to the deceptivness of the site. I stayed on hold for my entire 30 minute ride to work in which no one ever answered!!! After searching high and low for a “baby” with squeekers for our puppy I decided just to suck it up and learn from my mistake of ordering on line anything I see on TV. The crazy critters did arrive 10 days later, in a very small package that there is no way it cost $13.98 to ship. At first they seem durable. YEAH RIGHT the puppy had the raccoon squeeker out of it in the first 24 hours and the tail is completely ripped out. No way for the dog to get it apart my ass!!!!!. Granted there is no stuffing in it to make a mess or for puppy to swallow, but plently of pet stores sell the same thing and you are not paying more for shipping then for the item. I too had the same frustration when ordering online. It certainly isn’t the price advertised after they add shipping and upsells. Then you find you aren’t getting the durable toy you thought you were purchasing because they tell you to order the ‘deluxe’ version if you want tough.

However, the customer service agent was very helpful when I had issues with the order. After it arrived (1 month later), the order was incorrect.

The dog toys are durable, my dog hasn’t destroyed it and it usually only takes her a day. The only issue I have with them is the squeakers. My dogs LOVE squeakers and as usual, the squeakers bit the dust.

I am very disappointed in this product. My dog had it torn up 5 minutes after I gave it to her. She got the squeaky parts out and then left it alone. Since there is no stuffing to pull out, she was bored with it. My dog is a one year old mix breed. I wish I could get my money back.

We purchased Crazy Critters for our 23-lb Beagle and after waiting up to three weeks for it, It finally arrived. Maya LOVED the raccoon of course, because it squeaks, but it took her a mere 30 minutes to rip the first squeaker out and chew on it. It was only another day or so before she had moved on to the other squeaker and within a week had chewed the face and feet off of it. There is now, literally, half of the toy left while the other half has been digested and “passed” already.

We will eventually give her the fox to play with, but once she is through with it, no more crazy critters – we’ll stick to the $2 and $3 squeaky toys.

Website makes it hard to opt out of items. After ordering 2 our medium sized dog had them chewed to pieces in a matter of minutes. They tell you one is free but when you pay shipping it cost us $23 for 2. I will never buy from this company again.

I just ordered these toys and by the time I was done it cost me $207 because it kept adding items. If you click no on any of the offers it goes back to the first page and wants your info all over again. Bad Practice from a company that advertises their product is so good.

It took about 5 weeks after I ordered Krazy Kritters that it finally got here. Then my Golden Retriever destroyed it in 20 minutes. It is not any better than the other toys you can buy at the petstore and the Krazy Kritters are more expensive when you count the shipping and handling.

Went on website to place order…buy 1 get one free…therefore, ordered two animals received two raccoons free. After entering credit card information, it never lets you review what you ordered. Therefore, my order was placed, and the shipping was $28.00. Shipping was actualy more than my actual order. Total rip off! Never heard of a website not allowing you to review your cart before purchase. Or, in this case, because there is no shopping cart, the opportunity to review your order.

As with others, our dogs destroyed the critters within minutes. Definitely wasted money on this one. Also we think they may have swallowed the squeakers. We are hoping we don’t have physical problems with them because of this.

My dog took the squeeky things out in less then 2 min, what a waste.

Last week I ordered 1 crazy critter at $10.00, was supposed to get one free,
just by paying S&H of $6.99 on each item. I also purchased a bonus Crazy Critter free by paying S&H of $6.99.
I was not shown a receipt, but was told I would get one by email. I did not receive it.
After I submitted my order, the receipt showed that I owed $72.93. I tried to contact the company for a week by phone and email. The phone was always
busy, and I received no responce to my email. My Order should have
been $30.97 including shipping. My invoice contained 2 charges of 17.99 with
S&H charges of #6.99, and 2 charges of $7.99 with 2 charges of $6.99 for
S&H. Also I was charged an additional $20.97 for S&H.
When I received the order it did not have the bonus critter that I paid for
and the critters that I received were destroyed in two days by my 4 month
old puppy.
Everything about this company is a scam and I am sending a copy to the
newspaper that carried the ad, hoping that they will investigate the business
and not run more ads from this site. This scsm has been pulled on many
people just looking for a sturdy dog toy. Inform your friends to read this review and stay away from Crazy Critters.
Also, these toys can be bought at PetSmart for less than $10.00

Terrible product, our beagle destroyed both the Crazy Critter Fox and the Crazy Critter Raccoon within minutes of getting them. They are just cheap stuffed animals without the stuffing. Instead of a mess of stuffing all over you have pieces of the critters all over.

I bought these crazy critters. They are really cute and probably work well with some dogs. I have 2 cocker spaniels. Dixie tore 2 of them up in less than 2 hours. She chewed until she got the squeaker out on both of them.

I saw the commercial on TV and decided to order crazy critters for my dog. I ordered two for 14.95. I got an email four days later saying I ordered 101.00 worth of crazy critters!! I called before the shipment was send out and cancel it (BY THE WAY CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCKS). Two weeks later I got a package at my door from crazy critters. I warn you, don’t order there, I returned the package and I’m still waiting for them to put my money on my card. There is a dog toy that is just like crazy critters at Petsco. You don’t have to worry about them over charging you!

My dog loves the toy but had it destroyed within minutes. It doesn’t even look like a raccoon anymore, just some orange fabric that he likes to carry around. Not worth the money if your dog likes to chew things. Yes it was nice to not have the stuffing everywhere but not worth the price.

After paying for the crazy critters and waiting for a month for them to get here, we expected them to actually last a long time. The opposite happened, our 4 month old Jack Russell Terrier started to ruin it in the first hour. After a couple days, he had broken and even tore out the squeakers, chewed off the ears and eyes, and ripped them open. This product is absolutely not worth the money!

I paid the extra $8/each for the “super-durable” double-stitching and reinforced lining. The total cost for two animals was $40. It took my dog no more than 30 minutes to have all four squeakers chewed apart and both animals missing essential body parts. We’ll be keeping them around for him to chew on and play with as he still loves them, but be warned that if your dog chews more aggressively than the average Pekingese, you’ll be throwing away pieces in minutes. If I could go back, I would go to the pet store and find something similar for much cheaper.

save your money! the videos make it seem like Krazy Kritters are durable… far from it. I bought 2 raccoons for my 2 Labs. I turned around to throw the cardboard label away and came back to find they already had the squeakers in their mouths! $20+ down the drain! I will stick with the $.25 stuffies at the thrift store instead. I can clean up the stuffing knowing I am saving over $20.

MIXED REVIEW – Reviewing this one is tough…DON’T take the upgrades to additional Critters, the shipping charge is attached to EACH critter and will be astronomical. I have a Sheltie and my daughter does also. We have both purchased this same type of “flat” toy at the local pet store and both our dogs LOVE them. At the store the cost for a flattie of this size is about $15 each so I wanted to take advantage of this “2 for $10″ offering. I have enough common sense to know that at such a great price, surely the shipping costs were going to be high, and they were. But it was I expected. $13.98 to ship the 2 Crazy Critters for a total charged to my card of $23.98. However this saved me about $8 or $9 when compared to what I would have paid for 2 at the pet store. But the comments about the high shipping and also how the site is handled at check-out are correct. They do NOT tell you what the shipping costs are ahead of time and almost every other selling website will allow you one final page to “review” your order, to look at all the charges and make sure you are ordering what you want. And then also to make changes if necessary. When I clicked to “submit” the order, the next page was a CONFIRMATION of my order (meaning it had gone through) and that was the first time I was able to see the shipping charges…..$3.98 more than the $10 cost of the 2 Crazy Critters. I did not have the problem that some others did in understanding the upgrade offerings. They said it was “$7.99 more for each one….” so I knew that if that was a pack of 3, it would cost $23.97. As consumers we just have to slow down and make sure we carefully read what is written. It is a bit deceptive in that it would obviously be better to advertise the additional critters more clearly…to say “3 additional Crazy Critters for just the shipping and handling of $7.99 each for a total of $23.97.” BUT let’s be honest, how many people would think that $23.97 shipping is fair for 3 of these flat, lightweight toys that could be stuffed in a shipping envelope and mailed for probably $3.00? And don’t they offer a lower “combined shipping” rate? Come on! That’s why they word it like they do saying “only $7.99 for each additional Crazy Critter…” hoping you’ll fall for the confusing wording and think you’re getting all 3 for the additional $7.99. And the problem here is like I mentioned above, once you click to submit the order, it’s done and you’re stuck with the large shipping bill for those extra toys. It really is too bad that businesses have to operate this way, everyone would surely appreciate the honesty. As far as the comments from the folks with the large dogs such as Doberman’s, our neighbor had 2 Rottweilers and they destroyed almost all their toys, I think it just goes with the breed. Our Sheltie has finally bitten through her one flattie in several spots after months of tugging on it with us. These things are fabric and while pretty tough (and definitely tougher than most other dog plush toys) I think they’re best for most medium and small dogs, I don’t think I’d expect them to hold up with the strong jawed larger breeds. Overall I still like these toys for our dog and even with the high shipping, I saved $8-9 over what I would have paid for 2 of this size at the pet store. DON’T take the upgrades however.

I bought the Crazy Critter Fox at HEB for $10 which is way more than I have spent in the past for a dog toy. I thought it would be nice to have a toy that my dog didn’t get stuffing out all over the yard or house. My golden retriever has very little interest in this toy which is unusual and makes me think maybe the fur is toxic and he knows it. Also even though he has barely touched it, the white fur from this thing is all over the carpet. I would not suggest anyone waste their money on a crazy critter.

Don’t feel bad everybody, I didn’t even order these two worthless rags. Somehow they got my cc# and here are two rags with something that looked like heads also flatter than a pancake. I feel so sorry for the people who work there, they must feel so embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for having to take feedback from us, about their worthless product. If your little or big dog needs a toy to chew on take a magic marker and draw a raccoon or fox face on a white sock and you will have a toy that meets or exceeds a Crazy Critter. I’m laughing so hard right now I better close.

One last thing-hang in there-beware of these scams, the bad thing about it its honest and good people that work for them. Jobs are hard to find nowadays so I don’t blame them so-much. I made the terrible mistake of ordering online directly with TeleBrands. They charged $45 for shipping a $30 order. There was never a chance to view the total charges before the order was placed, and no chance of canceling the order. – I called 5 times. When it finally arrives, I will refuse it but will only be credited for the merchandise – $30 and not shipping/handling -$45. I guess a $45 lesson is better than a $75 lesson, but I still feel scammed. Buyer Beware!

I purchased one for my small Coton dogs (2) at one of the “As Seen On TV” stores. If there was a ZERO in the rating it would get that! At first I really thought we had a good thing, even though I felt I was being scammed during the ordering process. You don’t have the option of canceling the order once you find out the exorbitant handling and shipping charges they hit you with. You can’t order the tougher critters unless you already commit yourself to a regular order and upgrade the order. Once you are in the site you cannot back out to try another site. The dogs loved playing tug-of-war with them, but soon learned how to remove the squeakers and we had to be watchful to get the squeakers before the dogs swallowed them. I bought the fox at Petsmart as a treat to recover from surgery for my 5 month old corgi it lasted almost a week but he ingested the eyes and nose causing nausea & vomiting for my poor baby. We have the ER clinic xrays to prove it. Already spent $357 in vet bills and we are still waiting for a good outcome. I went online to order the product and it was a bait and switch. The website kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade. I kept answering no but ended up ordering 4 crazy critters not 2. I called customer service and they would not correct the order. They wanted me to wait until I received the order and pay the return shipping. The website is a SCAM. I will never order from them again.

I bought the crazy critters (Fox) in hopes that it would last longer than the other stuffed toys and balls for my dog. The build up on the commercials led me to believe this might be a good toy. My 9 Yr old daughter begged me to buy our 10 yr old black lab one of these toys because he tears every single toy he ever had to pieces – we actually made a bet I told her Bocce would destroy the toy in less than 10 minutes and my 9-yr old said no way Mom the TV shows this toy as being strong. Unfortunately, I believe that the product may be something my Great Danes would have enjoyed, however, due to the deceitful manner in which the company chooses to gain their funds, I will not purchase these toys. The site does ask for payment info prior to shipping info, or how it is to be shipped. At no point can you edit your order or remove items. Once you say ‘NO’ to an extra item then the order is processed and put through. Your information will not appear immediately on the locator info site. Hello Everyone,I bought the Crazy Critters Fox and within 3 hours of having the toy, my 10 lb. Chihuahua had already torn both eyes off and had a hole going through the stomach to the back…straight through… I cant believe that they advertise it WRONG! I ordered the fox and the racoon and was disappointed in their size when they arrived. I gave one to my miniature schnauzer and the other one to a friends dog. My friends dog tore his up the first day. Then I found almost identical critters at Walmart for about $5.00 and the stitching was much stronger and overall they were made better. After what you pay for Crazy Critters plus shipping and handling, they are a HUGE RIPOFF! Go to Walmart and you and look at their replica of these. You will be glad that you did!

I purchased 2 crazy critters for my cocker spaniel. She loves them. However, She had the first one torn apart in a day. She chewed on the head and pulled out the squeaker. I gave her the other one and she had the squeaker torn out of the head on it in less than 2 hours. She still loves playing with them. But I was a bit disappointed in their construction.
